How long will my order take?

Orders placed on our website, please allow 5 to 7 business days to process and 7 to 10 days for arrival.

All Orders will be shipped via USPS priority mail.

At this time we are not offering overnight shipping services.

Skylar Sky Collection will ship anywhere in the US, shipping rates varies from $6.00 to $18.30.

Skylar Sky Collection provides tracking numbers on all orders sent. A customer will receive tracking number via email.

We are not responsible for delays in Postal Service Transit Times

Skylar Sky Collection do not ship on weekends.

Is this business a legit business?

Yes, Skylar Sky Collection is a legit business, she is the Sister Company of Shyra's Boutique. Shyra's Boutique started in 2010 and have retired into doing Virtual Home and Private Parties with upscale and limited edition pieces!

Skylar Sky Scent Shop:

Our candles are 100% Soy wax.

Our fragrances have been custom mixed therefore they are not comparable to common scents. Under the specifications tab the scents used and notes of the candle are listed.

How many ounces of wax are in each candle?

Under description we list ounces.

Are your candles vegan and cruelty free?

Yes, Our candles do not contain any animal products, and have not been tested tested on animals.

Why does my candle look like it has wet spots or is frosty?

These are NOT flaws in the candles but natural characteristics of pure soy wax and is actually a testament to the lack of paraffin and preservatives in soy candles. Neither of these characteristics, in any way, affect the scent throw or burning properties of the candles.

Should I trim the wick before burning?

Yes, and before each burn. Be sure to always trim your wick to about a ¼”. Cotton Wicks burn best with frequent attention to keeping your wick to the right length. Burn times will be increased with proper care.

Candle Safety

Never leave a candle burning unattended.

Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets.

Always burn on a heat resistant surface.

Do not touch or move candle with visible (liquid) hot wax.

Keep burning candles away from drafts, vents, and ceiling fans to minimize smoking or a wick blowing out causing the candle to burn unevenly.

Make sure candle is completely extinguished by placing the lid on it. Be sure wick has no glow before leaving the room.

When will my candle order ship?

Orders placed before 3:30 EST will be processed that same day. Any order after 3:30 EST will be processed the next business day.

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created.
